One point of contact nationwide

Keeping a consistent relationship from event to event helps our team develop a fundamental understanding for the complexity of your unique needs and the type of staffers that “fit” your organization.
Staffers on Standby
Our “Staffers on Standby” program is a proactive approach to managing last minute employee drop off. At no expense to your organization, we bring additional staffers to conduct training at the begining of the event. These “flex staffers” are additional resources available during staff checkins.
For events that require more than 50 employees, Marathon will provide complimentary onsite support through the duration of your event. This support person will ensure that your event flows smoothly .

Twelve years ago we were able to provide one of our clients with over a hundred employees weekly. Presently, on a national basis, that same client employs over 1,500 of our employees weekly in six of their locations.
